How does it work?

Cut-off times: Payments are processed each business day and must be requested by 1:30pm US Pacific time (California).

When will the money arrive in the destination account? Payments are processed overnight and are credited to the destination account next business day in the US. The reference arriving with the payment will be "Technocash." Remember to tell the person how much money you have sent them.

Required information: You must enter information in each field marked with a red asterisk - this includes: Payee Account Name; Account Type; Routing No. (ABA); and Account Number. Technocash does not fully verify the accuracy of information submitted and it is the BillFold owner's responsibility to ensure all details are correct.

What if my payee information is wrong? Your To Bank payment may not arrive to your recipient's account. It may arrive to the wrong account or be returned. If the funds are sent to the wrong account the process for attempting to recover funds is:

1. Notify Technocash in writing using our online feedback form.
2. Technocash will, if appropriate, for a fee attempt to automatically debit the incorrect account.
3. If item 2. fails, this can be retried 1-2 weeks later.
4. A letter of request to the account holder can be issued (fees apply).
5. Legal action for recovery of funds can commence.

Test Payment: If you have any doubts about your payee details please consider a low-value payment such as $0.10 to test its accuracy.
