We provide many easy to access methods for confirming value, transactions and balances. As anyone can sell 'family safe' products or transfer value to others using our Digital-Cash it is imperative that all concerned know and refer to our legitimate web sites and services.

For financial transactions, ensure you access SSL encrypted and digital certified links. Your web browser setting should ensure you are notified of non-certified links and thus avoid fraud. Once the value owned is confirmed this is irrevocably assigned by our system to the new owner and thus products and services can be supplied having "NO FRAUD" and "NO CHARGE BACKS".

It is possible to transact on the web using our Digital-Cash without either party knowing who the other is. This unique property when considering fraud and possible charge backs only relates to the delivery of the service to the correct destination.

Our systems for those appropriate transaction services allows for not only delivery information but optional secondary contact data like mobile phone numbers. Please read about and then use these systems professionally to reduce deliveries going to the wrong person.

Merchants should always ensure they are confirming payments and sales directly from our web database servers.

TECHNOCASH Vouchers are non-refundable, so customers should treat them with the same care and respect as they would cash. They have cash-like features of transportability and transferability. They are Flexible.

Customers should always be careful with the details of their TECHNOCASH Vouchers, and not release their codes and expiry information to other people. You can add a password, so that even if others know your code and expiry they can not gain access to your stored value.

We offer customers several ways to improve their security such as a password option.
When purchasing TECHNOCASH Vouchers, customers are not required to give any personal details. This can add to your security and keeps your TECHNOCASH Voucher anonymous. Like cash, you can give TECHNOCASH Vouchers to other people.

Due to the prepaid and non-rechargeable nature of a TECHNOCASH Voucher, there is a limit to how much can be spent if the TechnoCode, Expiry-Date and Expiry-Time are stolen. When a TECHNOCASH Voucher is used up, it has zero value. If you are checking TECHNOCASH Voucher details and get an unexpected zero value please check it again after 11 minutes and pay attention to the use of the letters I,L,1 and 2,Z which sometimes look similar. TechnoCodes are not intentionally recycled. If someone should steal an expired TECHNOCASH Voucher they will not be able to use it.

If someone tries to guess a TechnoCode we have built in security measures to restrict this. This is another security measure for customers’ peace of mind. This is why standard TECHNOCASH Vouchers ask for variable pieces of the Expiry-Date and Expiry-Time in random order.

We recommend customers make a backup copy of their TECHNOCASH Voucher details and keep it in a secure place.

These measures will be extremely helpful in re-instating value if customers lose their TECHNOCASH Voucher. TECHNOCASH Vouchers cannot be refunded, just spent on the net or used for value transfers.

Merchants may use what we call a "delayed" payment option. This means that they effectively hold your payment and claim it when they ship your goods. Your customer transaction details show the money as spent. If the merchant fails to ship the product and thus cancels payment or releases the part payment only your TECHNOCASH Voucher will be re-instated with the relevant amount. To this end you should keep your TECHNOCASH Voucher slips/receipts for more than 90 days and check the value prior to discarding the TECHNOCASH Voucher.

The BillFold^TM is a TECHNOCASH Voucher management system with many levels of features and merchant and customer benefits. It has a 16-character account number and a password to login. You can thus use your BillFold^TM like an account based facility. We offer additional passwords for things like "Shopping" and "Group Payments" to members. These add a high degree of security to your account for access and value transfer. We allow a long password and suggest you select a well-formed password. You may change passwords and add separate passwords to various facilities. This password control system may vary in its range of options and services so please visit your BillFold^TM to review these.

Please note you should ensure you are dealing with not only the correct value but also the correct currency when handling value in our system. The currency may be rewards points or other objects.
