How much do you charge?
You can set up a Seller Retail Facility for free if you are already actively selling on eBay. There are no set-up costs, monthly fees or hidden expenses. There is only a competitive 3% transaction fee that is charged when you receive the money from your customers. Top
Are there any additional charges/fees involved other than the transaction fee?
There are no other fees involved for receiving money into your Technocash account. When you wish to wire money to your own bank account, a fee of $24 will be charged to cover bank charges. Sellers using Technocash usually let money from many sales build up and then transfer one large amount home, but there is no minimum or maximum amount you have to send. Top

How do I know I have been paid?
Technocash will send you an email to notify you of every transaction received into your account. Whenever you log in to your Technocash account, you will be able to view all your transactions. Top
How can I access the money after it arrives in my Seller Retail Facility account?
You can transfer the money into your personal bank account any time by logging in to your Technocash account and authorising an international transfer. A transfer fee applies. You can let money from lots of sales build up in your account and then send it all home in one go! This saves you lots of money on transfer fees.
Before you send an international transfer home to your local bank account, you need to enter your bank details. Log in to your Facility and go to the "My Account" section, click on "Payee Wire Transfers Setup" and go to "Add Wire Transfer Payee". When your information is entered, go to "Transfer Funds" and select "Send Wire Transfers (General Payees)". You simply enter the amount, a description, and authorise the transfer - easy! Top
How long does it take to transfer money from my Seller Retail Facility to my local bank?
We co-operate with major Australian banks to get your money home. Australia has a very efficient banking system and the usual times for processing international transfers apply. This is usually no more than 48 hours. Top
Can I convert the funds into other types of currency?
Yes. You can log in to your Technocash account and convert your AUD into many different currencies. You can transfer any currency that your Technocash account supports, or you can keep the money in AUD - the money will still arrive in the currency of your home bank account. Top
Is it possible to collect money from America or other countries through this facility?
The facility is mainly beneficial for collecting payments from Australian buyers. Your customers from other countries may also pay for their purchases into your Seller Retail Facility by wire transfer. Top

Australian customers will be able to pay through Internet banking, by direct deposits into your Technocash account, and via 4000 Australia Post outlets nationally. These are the easiest, cheapest, and most familiar payment methods for Australians. Can I send funds from my Technocash account to a Mastercard/Visa debit/credit card?
You can send funds from your Technocash account to any bank account. Once the funds have arrived in your bank account you can use your Mastercard, Visa card or other facility as usual or withdraw the funds. You can also send funds to any mailing address in the USA by sending a US Check. Top
How long does it take for the funds to arrive in my Technocash account after my customer has paid?
Once your customer has made a payment, the funds will arrive in your Technocash account the next business day. In Australia, Monday to Friday are business days. If a customer makes a payment on a Saturday or Sunday the funds will appear in your Technocash account on the next Monday, or in case of any delays by the banks, the funds may arrive on the next Tuesday. Sometimes payments made late on Friday will have the same processing times as payments made on Saturday or Sunday. Top
Are there any charges for my Australian buyers?
Technocash does not charge your Australian buyers for sending payments to your Technocash account. The banks will charge the buyer a very small bank fee between AUD$0.20 to AUD$0.50 for Internet banking. If your buyer walks into any branch of the National Australia Bank to make their payment, there are no charges. Your customers may also make their payment at any Australia Post Office (over 4000 outlets), and an AUD$2 administration fee over the counter applies to these customers. Top
Will you require me to enter my eBay password as part of the registration process? What private or financial information do you require to register?
The only details we require is your eBay ID. We then send you login details via eBay for security reasons, and you can then log in to your Technocash account with your temporary password. You are required to change your password immediately and update your personal records. You may optionally enter a nickname, which along with the card number can be used to access and identify your Technocash account. It is up to you how much personal information you enter. Top
What happens if a customer forgets to include the eBay item number with the payment or makes a mistake? What is the procedure of finding and claiming such payments?
Customers occasionally forget to enter the eBay item number as a reference with their payment. We ask that, after your customers have made their payment, they contact you via email or otherwise to let you know if there were any difficulties or if they forgot to enter the item number. This way you can inform Technocash promptly and assist us to identify any incorrectly referenced payments. Top
How is Technocash different from other online payment systems?
Technocash accepts CASH or cash-like payments. This means Sellers can be confident that they have cleared funds and no risk of fraud or chargebacks, unlike with credit card payment systems.
Technocash lets you directly connect to the local banking system in Australia and New Zealand, and collect cash payments from over 4000 Australia Post outlets. Everyone in Australia can pay, even if they do not have a credit card.
Australian customers can pay for their purchases through Internet banking. This lets them send money from their own everyday bank account to another Australian bank account. Within the Australian banking system, customers can send money to your Technocash account using cash or their savings card, debit card, and even their credit card. Australian customers can also walk into any branch of the National Australia Bank and make cash deposits over the counter into your Technocash account. Top

TECHNOCASH is a very flexible cash-based payment service that allows for transfers of money, person to person or business to business, organization to members, to buy goods and services on the internet without the need for a credit card and the use and handling of multiple currencies. How can I refund a customer?
It is simple for a seller to make a refund. You just need to get the bank details of the buyer. Use your Technocash account "Transfer Funds" feature to send the refund to the buyer. This works for both Australian and New Zealand bank accounts, whether you are doing a refund or making other payments. Top
Can I use this facility to collect money for other business as well?
Yes. You can have any Australian customer for any of your business pay you using your Technocash payment facility. Top
Why do Australian customers prefer the Technocash payment method rather than International Money Orders?
With International Money Orders:
1. Customers are required to go to a Post office. There is no Internet facility.
2. Post office charges AU$8.50 for international money orders.
3. Post expenses AU$1.60 payable by the customer.
4. Time consuming.
5. Customers are required to convert their purchase price into US dollars for making an international money order.
With Technocash:
1. Customers may go to any National Australia Bank or use Internet banking from the comfort of their own home.

Can I use my Technocash facility for more than one ebay seller ID?
Yes. You just need to let Technocash know which seller IDs you wish to use. All payments received from your different seller IDs can be credited to the one Seller Retail Facility. You can change, add or remove the seller IDs that are linked to your account at any time - just let Technocash know what changes you wish to make. Top
How can I send funds via US Check from my BillFold?
With your Technocash BillFold you can send money via US Check to anyone, anywhere, within the US. Go to "Transfer funds" and select the "Send a US Check" feature. Checks are printed and posted in the USA for your convenience and are delivered in about one week. You can send as many US Checks as you want at only USD $5 per check. Top
