Technocash External Dispute Resolution Scheme Membership

Technocash is a member of the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), an Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)-approved external dispute resolution scheme. The FOS is an impartial and independent service offering free and accessible dispute resolution services to financial services consumers.

As a general rule, the FOS Banking and Financial Services division can consider a dispute if:

• It is about a financial service provided by a member bank or an affiliate, or certain non-bank members;
• The complainant is an individual or a small business; and
• The amount you are claiming is less than $280,000.
